Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CallFirst ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act on behalf of your agency. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload data you don't have the right to use.
  • Use the Service to violate any law or any third party's rights.
  • Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

Your data

You own the data you upload. You grant us a limited right to host and process it only as needed to provide the Service to you. We don't sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Beta service — provided "as is"

CallFirst is currently in beta. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features may change, break, or be removed during the beta period.

You're responsible for your renewals

CallFirst is a productivity tool — it helps you see what's coming up. You remain solely responsible for contacting your clients and handling their renewals. CallFirst does not guarantee that any renewal will be retained, that any reminder will be delivered, or that any data shown is complete or accurate. We are not liable for missed renewals, lost business, or any consequence of relying on the Service.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected (e.g. monthly or annually) until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing idan@soloclick.dev. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SoloClick and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you paid us nothing.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tel Aviv, Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
