This policy explains, in plain English, what CallFirst collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. CallFirst is a tool that helps independent property & casualty insurance agents track upcoming policy renewals.
We use your account information and uploaded renewal data only to provide the renewal-tracking service to you — for example, to generate your weekly call list and show you which clients have policies coming up for renewal.
We do not sell or share your information, or your clients' information, with third parties. Your client data belongs to you and your agency.
Your data is stored on secure infrastructure with access restricted to the people who need it to operate the service. No online service can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information protected.
You can request deletion of your account and all uploaded data at any time by emailing idan@soloclick.dev. We will delete it from our active systems promptly after we verify the request.
We use cookies and similar technologies only as needed to keep you signed in and to run basic analytics. We don't use them to track you across other websites or to serve ads.
CallFirst is a business tool and is not intended for use by children under 16.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
